HC1 online form
I tried to use this twice today https://services.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/apply-for-help-with-nhs-costs/apply-online
It didn’t work for me either time. It got stuck midway through on one claim, said I had not completed a section that I had. On the other one I tried, it unexpectedly awarded an HC2 certificate before I could explain the full circumstances of the claimants. It had not even asked for his partner’s name at this point.
Anyone else using this successfully or having problems with it?
