Arrears in excess of £5000+  paid to compensate for an error of law looking at CPAG 2021/22 pages 513 - 514. I can’t find a source for this i.e. a little number to point the way into the notes. I.e. looking at disregard beyond 52 weeks.

For Pension Credit purposes would be really handy to have something (can’t find anything).

Can for our local CT scheme and HB.

I might be having one those days induced by too much exposure to UC.

But I have a vision in my head of some caselaw in 2003 roughly or may be 2002?

Any help would be gratefully received.

Do you mean para.20 of Sch.V of the SPC Regs Andy?

Para.20A then goes onto deal with arrears in excess of £5,000 in relation to official error.

Sch 5, para 20A SPC Regs.
Sch 6, para 22 HB (SPC) Regs

The references should be in CPAG - I have 2019/20 for some reason but they are at footnote 44 of chapter 23.

Not sure what you’re getting at but they are the working age regs so they won’t apply to any HB award.
