Return to Work Credit
Hello
I have a client who wants to claim Return to Work Credit. She meets the criteria (earns under £15,000, on a previous qualifying benefit etc.) However, she also receives ‘London Weighting’ which takes her over the £15,000 limit. Does anyone know if this is disregarded or included in her income for the Return to Work Credit claim - I assume it’s included? Dave
