Reg. 29 - Exceptional Circumstances
Is there any UT decisions on the application of Reg. 29 of the ESA Regs? Or do we have to use the case law that applies to the IB Regs (Reg 27b), which were worded in a similar way?

Thanks Tony - no, I was going to use the same arguments, the main authority appears to be Charlton v Sec of State on the incapacity for work Reg 27, which is helpful.
