CP/2904/2009 & CP/1876/2009
I am representing the client in CP/1876/2009. This upper tribunal hearing will probably be linked to CP/2904/2009 and are likely to be oral hearings. As far as I am aware the second appeal has no rep. But if anyone is asked to rep I would appreciate it if they would contact me to ensure that we present the best case for our respective clients.
