has anyone else had problems with long delays in backpayments after sucessful appeals, I have had two or thre cases where , when we have enqured about the wherabouts of backpayments and increases in payments, the DWP have not recieved notification of the outcome of the apeal. This tends to make us the middleman, liasing between TTS and DWP and while I don’t mind doing it once in while I don’t really have the time to do so for every single appeal- has anyone found themselves with similar problems and was there any simple way to avoid it happening.

None of our clients have reported any problems….....yet.

These types of post make me worry though as, just after i say we’ve had no problems we invairably do.
