Does anyone have a copy of this case which I am led to believe has guidance on excluding property value for IS on the basis of it needing a lot of repairs/alterations done to it?

Hahaha Mark, thanks for that. Yes a bit late - as I recall the tribunal was successful but not sure if I ever got this case. Useful for other searches!
