Just heard that all IB appeals still outstanding where decision was made prior to 28/6/10 and examination for PCA was completed by a nurse then these decions are being set aside. Anyone experienced this?
There was a discussion about this on rightsnet back in April (I’m sorry but I cannot find the link. ) There was an oral hearing at the Upper Tribunal on the point last week decision awaited.
