Exempt (supported accommodation) and UC

I am going to post this under UC the problem is more urgent as its a Overall Benefit Cap problem.

There has been a massive sigh of releif about exempt accommodation being outside UC.

But the caps take place in April 2013. So arguably thats the more urgent problem.

I still cant find any clarity wether either housing costs/ eligible service charge costs (neither, one or both) will be exempted from the overall benefit cap.

If they are to be totally exempt what is the mechanism?

The administration for this wont be easy which is presumably why its been dropped from UC.

Can anyone clarify?
