Savings accrued during COVID/lockdown
Have there been any appeals/caselaw in relation to savings going beyond £16k due to restrictions and the effects of lockdown n peoples savings?
I have came across a couple of claim where savings exceed the threshold because they where unable to participate in usual activities for a prolonged length of time to to restriction places on them during lockdown.
