Yes… I know… look at the time! Such is life. I should be in the pub though shouldn’t I?

Anyhoo… client is trying to get SDP onto PC after a successful PIP appeal. It sounds like they’ve sent out a PC10 which has gone astray.

Every other service that still does SDp can accept the Is10 over the phone, can’t the Pension Service?

Or… is it only the changes teams that can do them?

Problem with phoning the Pension Service is the two-stage phone service- you’ve got to try and convince the G4S call handler who you get connected to that you need to be put through to someone who actually works for DWP.

Maybe try phoning but send written follow-up and ask for new decision within one month to try and concentrate their minds?

Thanks Paul, my engagement with the Pensions Service is so sparse

In which case…

Has anyone got a blank PC10 they can share?
