Practice Statement on Tribunal Composition

I cannae find it. Has anyone got a copy?

I can’t see it in the green Sweet & Maxwell nor is it on the (quite new look…) judiciary.uk website in the FtT/SSCS section.

I need it and I certainly didn’t dream it…

An additional curiosity is that since 2018, there has been a requirement that composition is determined by a practice direction, rather than a practice statement (the significance being that the Lord Chancellor must be consulted about practice directions). There was a consultation in May which resulted in various changes being decided on including having PIP FTA cases decided by a judge alone rather than a full panel. For whatever reason, no practice direction has yet been introduced to implement the consultation outcomes in the social entitlement chamber so the 2013 practice statement still seems to apply.
