income support and home improvement cost
Hello all,
Please I have a client who was on IS .
He believes he should have been awarded housing cost support and a possible accrued interest on his overdraft.
Am not sure if there is any case law that could help us. He said the improvements made on the property, IS should have covered some of the cost.
Am not sure what to say given this issues has been ongoing since 1993
