LSC contracting documents

There is no definitive list of core documentation that someone working under the LSC Standard Civil Contract should have access to. This can be confusing and lead to problems with compliance where ready access to the relevant documentation is difficult or it isn’t clear that guidance is available.

CLS Support, part of the Advice Services Alliance, have had feedback that it can be challenging and time-consuming trying to locate the relevant documentation on the LSC website when it is needed.
