Hi Daphne,

I can read PMs but when I try to respond it tells me I must log out. Have tried that and logging in again but then it says I am already logged in and must log out….

Did you mean you didn’t get the ones I sent you from the DWP, or the ones I sent you didn’t arrive?

sorry, realised thats confusing the way i put that.

the dwp usually send me the escalation routes but they didnt send me the ones you had.
