DWP commissions AI company to analyse Jobcentre ‘interventions’
In case of interest, DWP has commissioned data science/AI company Butterfly Data to analyse its data on weekly jobcentre meetings for UC claimants in intensive work search regime in first 13 weeks of their claims.
The intent is to ‘support the possible future implementation of “data-driven improvements” to these regular meetings between work coaches and claimants.’
