HMCTS withdrawing online services

I tried today to submit my clients appeal online. However it came back with a message saying online trial is not available and i will need to download paper application.  This seemed odd as i have submitted many appeals this way.  I thought it might be a unique post code so i tried my own knowing that i have appealed online using my own post code but i got the same message.  I then tried several different postcodes from my area where i know there are appeals submitted as i sent them in.  Still the same response.
I had a webchat with HMCTS and they no longer have a processing centre for my area, which is covered by Stockport postal codes.  There has been no correspondence from HMCTS to say our area was being removed from onlone applicaiton and i feel this is a major setback for my clients who often do not have the literacy or digital skills to submit appeals and rely on advice workers to be able to submit their applications.

Has anyone else come across this as there was no consultation about this.

I’ve submitted 3 appeals online for SK post codes in the last few weeks.  Two went through fine.  One had an error message, and I was all set to resubmit it, but then I received the emails to confirm it had been lodged.

Keep us posted if you hear anything else on this.
