Survey: Online Dispute Resolution

From the Access to Justice Foundation:

As part of our work with the SRA and the Law Society on Online Dispute Resolution, we’ve launched a survey to collect information on user awareness, needs, preferences, and experiences when accessing and navigating dispute resolution tools, particularly those delivered online.

We’re keen to understand more about if and how dispute resolution tools are accessed by users, and what the challenges and opportunities are in this area. We’d be very grateful if you could share your thoughts and insights via the survey here: https://www.tfaforms.com/5117636.
