Transfer from PIP to ADP over 65 & Terminal Illness (Scotland)
I have a client who is in receipt of PIP Enhanced Rate Care and Standard Mobility. They have been issued with a BASRiS. It is my understanding that they will not qualify for Enhanced Rate Mobility if transferred to ADP even with BASRiS is in place due to age, similar to DLA/PIP rules. Can someone confirm that this is correct?
