New fees for immigration advisers
In case of interest, Home Office has proposed changing the fee structure for the regulation of immigration advisors. There’s a few proposals but of most concern is the removal of exemptions for non-fee-charging organisations.
Affected organisations can respond to the consultation on gov.uk by 5 June 2024.
Citizens Advice Scotland are not happy about it and I imagine other charitable organisations will want to respond too.
