We’ve had lots of them. Any time the claimant can’t walk 50m they are supposed to use a wheelchair.

Tribunal has never so far accepted this.

The claimant has to be strong enough in both arms and shoulders to manoeuvre a manual wheelchair . All our appeals, so far, the claimant has not had the strength or cannot sit because of pain or similar.

so now, on MR we ask if there is a reason why they do not use a manual wheelchair and use that reason.
