Update

The DWP have paid the claimant her JSA owed as a result of the favourable decision, but have not provided any written confirmation.  It is not clear whether they have paid her correctly at this present time.

Anyway it would appear that the decision has not been appealed by the DWP.  I think it is useful for other advisers I hope as it shows that if you can show your returning UK national client has significant connections to the UK and an intention to return and/or only worked abroad due to a fixed-term contract job opportunity, then they can be found to have not ceased to have lived in the UK.
