Hi

Hope this makes sense.

I am working withe several clients going through ADP review following transfer from PIP who could possibly be affected/qualify for backdated PIP payment re MM

https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/pip-administrative-exercise-supreme-court-judgement-mm-definition-of-social-support-progress-report-at-31-august-2023/pip-administrative-exercise-for-mm-progress-report-to-31-august-2023

Ttrying to get some clarity on the situation where if it is a Scottish claimant and their PIP claim has been transferred to ADP and their ADP claim payment is based on the previous pre MM PIP award. What happens then ?

In the situation where PIP claims are transferred due to an impending review or change of circs once transferred will straight away go through the ADP review process and thus possibly be reviewed on the pre MM PIP award.

There maybe other complications ?

Hope this makes sense !
