PIP mobility on mental health grounds
Very limited further info here: http://www.osscsc.gov.uk/Decisions/forthcoming3JPs.htm. It sounds from this brief description like someone has successfully argued at FtT that someone with agoraphobia can score points for the moving around activity (ie unable to move effectively due to overwhelming psychological distress), and in response the Department have decided to have a go at restricting the scope of both mobility activities yet further. I too would be interested to know more…
