Housing costs - applicable amount
Client has been refused Pension Credit, even when her applicable amount included housing costs of £100 for mortgage and service charge. Her income is too high. Does this applicable amount have any bearing for a claim for CTB, or are the housing costs ignored when working out applicable amount for CTB?
Housing costs are not included in the AA for CTB.
