Proxy
Shouting at the current SoS who clearly was not paying attention all those years ago and even the subsequent consultation on aids and appliances that the need for them was a proxy of the overall level of need not that oh you have a few aids so your ok now - could someone who has kept a copy of all the previous consultations forward them to Mr Stride as some educational background please
