•  Ensuring compliance with Contract rules specific to consortia e.g. access, location of services and referral
•  Formalising consortium working, including consortium agreements
•  Key information you should be sharing and what you should be paying close attention to, including discussion on Key Performance Indicators
•  Consequences and options when a consortium goes wrong e.g. when a member pulls out or loses its Contract
•  Experiences and feedback from consortia around the country
