Carer’s Allowance / health insurance as earnings
Hello,
Is it correct that DWP assess health insurance as earnings for Carer’s Allowance?
Claimant receives equivalent of 75% of earnings via a health insurance (possibly through the employer). DWP have turned down claim as they are treating the income as earnings.
