Security on the legacy ESA number
Is it just me or are the security requirements getting ridiculous when I call the ESA number? “What’s your eldest child’s date of birth” I can just about stomach, but “check your bank statement for the last date you were paid PIP” is verging on ridicule when it’s a vulnerable person, or indeed a third party, calling up.
