Has anyone seen these on You Tube.

People exercising their right to make videos’s in public spaces being challenged and sometimes physically removed from Job Centres and other public buildings. In the Wandsworth JCP one, the security guards were not wearing their ID badges, which the video maker suggested was a criminal offence carrying up to 6 months in prison.

It would be useful to know the law, as our reception is a public space. I would have no problem with someone recording me as anything I have that is confidential, such as client details should not be on display.

I personally think these You Tubers are doing a great job to uphold rights and improve customer service.
