ESA humiliating & complex says London bomb survivor
We are current representing a survivor of the London bombings with an appeal against being found fit for work under the WCA.
The claimant has now set up her own business stating “it was easier to set up a business that it was to deal with the benefits system which is so humilliating and complex” (permission obtained to quote).
Needless to say the med. ev. obtained clearly shows she had limited capability for work.
