Time between ESA/UC 50 and assessment outcome

I am doing some follow up calls for a colleague who has moved to another job. Does anyone know what the typical wait is between sending in the UC/ESA 50 and the assessment and the assessment and the decision- I think we might be contacting people a bit too soon!

A client here in Launceston was processed very quickly. He received the UC50 on 29/09/2023, returned it on 10/10/23, had a face to face WCA at Plymouth CHDA on 15/11/23 and was notified of LCWRA on 27/11/23.
