I am just being synical but

will there be 1700 appeals in Burnley and Aberdeen after the DWP have migrated the IB claimants to ESA?

Yes, wonderful, isn’t it!  As if we don’t have enough already.  Our 4 (used to be 10) WROs are going to be busy aren’t they?  And our 2 Assistants will be deluged with ESA50s.

Chances are we will all   get a reduced amount of appeals because the DWP briefing on the re-assessment process states that when the decision is made they will PHONE the claimant to give the decision and discuss options…..
