Written answer in parliament yesterday states -

An overview of the new Work Coach externally accredited learning routeway will be made available early in 2017. There are no plans to publish existing training materials.

Additionally, published on 10 October, written evidence from the DWP to the Work and Pensions Committee - http://data.parliament.uk/writtenevidence/committeeevidence.svc/evidencedocument/work-and-pensions-committee/the-future-of-jobcentre-plus/written/34975.pdf (point 13) - says -

13.What proportion of Work Coaches have participated in the wider training
programme which focusses on digital and customer service skills?
? Across Work Service Directorate there is a great deal of work taking
place to increase the digital and customer service capability of Work
Coaches. All work coaches have attended learning events to move to
new Work coach Delivery Model 1 and 2.
? All sites now deliver UC Live Service, although not all Work Coaches
are needed to manage this caseload, as caseloads increase and sites
transition to UC Full Service more Work Coaches will be up-skilled.
? In the interim, offices are looking to encourage Work Coaches to adopt
the ways of working and culture of UC in the way we support existing
benefit claimants. All Work Coaches will work towards a level 3
accreditation, WSD recently signed off a Work Coach Apprenticeship
Programme.
