Although he didn’t pick up on the fact that Liverpool’s need for water was falling. They were selling it on to other LAs for a profit.
Loving it! I am a bit case heavy with appeals, so it saves trawling through loads of stuff to find what I am looking for, which can take twice as long as writing the submission…lol
