ESA assessments
If a person submits a new ESA claim after failing a medical assessment in Sept 2015, are the DWP required to carry out a new medical assessment? I can’t find info on this.
Client is claiming on the grounds of ‘significant deterioration’
cheers
Yes I think they should.
You might want to look up these 2 CPAG WRB articles which cover pertinent points related to follow-up ESA claims following a previous WCA negative determination and significant worsening.
