Benefits payments after claimant dies
Does anyone know where I can find info’ about when DLA payments end after the claimant dies? Does entitlement end the day they die or the end of the week.
Also, if they have any premiums in their HB claim or their partner’s HB claim as a result of the DLA, are those premiums also removed immediately?
I know CA continues for 8 weeks after the death, but that’s the only thing I’ve been able to find a lot of info’ about.
