The comment was used to indicate client has ‘no difficulties with social interaction’ but oddly enough that’s exactly what we said!

I had one once that said ‘can get a bust in town’.

Just seen one today:

“States he gets out of the bed and usually uses a stick when he is not wearing the stick.”

2pts in the bag for PIP, help with selecting appropriate clothing.
