Case law required
Hi all,
Can anyone steer me towards any case law that talks about a tribunal’s obligation to consider the evidence that the previous award was based on when considering an appeal against a supersession decision (change of circs)? I know I’ve seen decisions which discuss this but for the life of me, I cannot put my hand on them at the moment!
