Hi

I am looking for examples of ESA claimants being referred into unreasonable WRA. Such an example from my caseload is a schizophrenic chap who passed conversion WCA on scrutiny. I don’t know how he got to his WFI but he was referred to WRA. He didn’t attend, rarely leaves his local area due to extreme delusions and paranoia. He literally thinks the zombies are after him but as he was on a 12 month prognosis he was referred anyway.

The sanction dragged on for 13 months until I sorted it.

I need examples, by email to me at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) by 7th May. Please keep them formal as they might end up before the Upper Tribunal… last time I did this some of the responses came with advisers teeth that had been spat out in frustration.

Thanks

I’ll circulate this via NAWRA tomorrow.

When you’ve got a set of them in a nice tidy document perhaps you could post it back here - it would be really useful.

And circulate via NAWRA too :)
