DWP's Data "Retention" policy
Mon 10-Mar-08 09:33 AM

I have read this (indeed, have a copy) but it seems to apply to paperwork.

Has anyone any idea of their policy on electronic data? my feeling would be that they must suirely keep it (when they're not losing it, of course) but if anyone has an idea what their official policy is that would be helpful (we're trying to get a supercession of a decision made in error - dla withdrawn because client reported she was working, dla say without a record of the actual decision and reason for it they won't look at it! but of course they haven't kept the paperwork, if there was in fact a decision made for them to keep)
