I might have imagined this or fantasised about it or maybe having a dizzy moment, but i'm sure i read something in the last several months, about a report suggesting one recent finding in the LHA pilot/pathfinder areas, was that Landlord/Landladies being more reluctant to take on tenants/licensees who claim LHA, than had been the case with the current HB scheme.

Does anyone in the land of welfdom know of such a report.
