My reading of the guidance is that the exclusion from ESA for people in receipt of SSP applies equally to contribution- related and income -related ESA.

But if someone entitled to SSP is eligible for a means-tested top-up (eg because they meet the criteria for eligibility to a severe disability premium), what do they claim?
