Just a reminder of the next NAWRA meeting on Friday 5 June 2009 at the Town Hall, Colchester, Essex. The event is being hosted by Colchester Welfare Rights Service.

This time, we have a guest speaker from the Independent Review Service who will talk about recent Social Fund developments and future plans. We also have workshops on Tribunal Reform, running successful take-up campaigns and on the new JobCentre Plus Customer Charter.

If you are travelling down on the Thursday evening, why not meet up with colleagues at: The Norfolk Public House, 132-134 North Station Road, Colchester, CO1 1UZ. This is near Colchester North rail station. Local NAWRA members and members of the committee will be there from 6pm so just come and say hello! Good beer and food served.
