Would anyone have a copy of the DWP's 'Medical Service Guidance', relating to the conducting of medical examinations, mentioned in Judge Wikeley's judgment in CIB/3117/2008?

This is the judgment in which Judge Wikeley consider's the issue of a claimant refusing to participate in a medical examination unless he was able to tape record it.

I've searched the internet and can't seem to find a copy online.

Would anyone have an electronic copy they could perhaps email to me?
