Married man with wife - two children age 15 7 13 - elder child on DLA mid care & mother claims Carers Allowance; has small mortgage of some 25000.
Client has been on SSP since end March - goes on to ESA cont based in Sept.
Should he qualify for housing costs after 13 weeks or 39 - if 13 weeks when does the clock start ticking - from when he started on SSP or when he went on to ESA? Our view is (optimistically) 13 weeks but we're not too sure when from...
Get very few of these suprisingly so not enough experience really....
