We are moving from a two tier system to a Unitary Council-welcome your views from Unitary Council WRO's issues for you as a service/individuals.

As things stand we are going to be in a different service to HB-but obvious most immediate fears are threat to independance etc

Ability still to do HB/CTB tribunals.-not that we got that many anyway.

Any views welcome-posted this on the HB/CTB board without any response thought I would try my luck here.
