Personal independence payment (PIP) is now fully rolled out across the country for new claims and the migration process has started, with people with long-term or indefinite awards of DLA being reassessed for PIP

Our one day course examines the structure of PIP, the assessment process, and gives an opportunity to discuss the impact on your clients.

There will be time to work through case studies and examine the new descriptors in detail, as well as look at the emerging caselaw and the impacts that may have.
