Citizens Advice Manchester is an innovative and successful advice service, which puts clients first and focuses on providing high quality advice via telephone, digital and face-to-face channels.
We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Welfare Benefits Team and be at the forefront of a new project delivered in partnership with the MS Society and funded by The National Lottery Community Fund. The project has been designed to provide support and advice to improve the lives of people living with MS.
Based in our Manchester City Centre office, and working alongside our existing advice teams, staff and volunteers from The MS Society, the successful candidate will also support our other existing advice services.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and competent specialist welfare benefits adviser who has recent experience of delivering specialist advice, has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work flexibly as part of a team.
