Fixed term until 31st March 2026, with possible extension.
We are looking to recruit a trained and motivated Universal Credit Help to Claim Advisor to provide information and advice on all aspects of Universal Credit conditions of entitlement and levels of payment.
You will be joining an established team providing telephone and webchat advice nationally.
We will also consider a Training contract for the right candidate.
If shortlisted, interviews will take place on Wednesday 25th September 2024 and successful candidates will be notified by text and/or email.
